Important Terms and Limitations Conditions For AGA Reports
- The conclusion of this report reflects our findings through gemological testing at the time of examination
- This report issued are not guaranteed, valuation or appraisals and AGA makes no representation or warranty regarding reports issued of the article described in them.
- Each report contains a description of the article tested or graded based upon tests and techniques used by AGA at the time of examination
- The report becomes invalid if any changes are made to the stone or report
- For mounted gemstone the results are subject to, as per mounting permits or mounting limitations.
- Weight and measurement of the gemstone are recorded as per the client declaration at time of submission or are approximate.
- The details of the metal is mentioned as per the hallmark stamped on it.
- Any comments on treatment and origin of the gemstone are an opinion of AGA, where conclusion can be drawn by gemological testing and by referring to available literature.
- The results stated in this report are by no means a guarantee, or a statement and assessment of monetary value.
- The AGA laboratory shall not be liable for any difference which may result from the testing of the items by any other laboratory or certification agency
- AGA Laboratory Or Its Employees Shall Not Be Liable In Any Respect Of Any Loss, Damage Or Expenses Occasioned By Any Error, Omission Or Opinion Provided In Any Report Issued By The Laboratory
- The liability of AGA, in any circumstance, would strictly be limited to the amount of fees received towards the specific report only. No claim other than this would be admissible.
- All reports subject to Surat Jurisdiction
